Buying from our e-store is safe, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, they will only be used to fulfill the order and solve the questions related to the order.
All personal data of the customer that became known during the visit of the nutritional supplement NANOHAP e-store and making purchases are treated as confidential information. Encrypted data communication channel (SSL) with banks ensures the security of the purchaser’s personal data and bank details. Medicate Est OÜ also does not have access to them.
To make a credit card payment, you will be directed to the secure environment of the Card Center, where the payer’s data will be entered into the database there and saved.
PayPal is also a safe international transfer environment for different currencies.

Terms of order:
- When ordering, please fill in all mandatory information fields, the customer is responsible for the correctness of the entered data.
Payment terms:
- Payment is made by card payment (VISA, MC), as well as by transfer via Swedbank or SEB internet bank (bank links with pre-filled invoice). However, if you want to pay from another bank, select Bank transfer as the payment condition; after confirmation of the order, the invoice will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided in it.
- The euro is the means of payment. A PayPal account also allows you to use USD.
- NB! Please check that the order confirmation has arrived in your e-mail!
Delivery terms:
- You can receive the ordered products under the conditions of the delivery service provider you have chosen. The options are: Eesti Post, which allows sending only Nanohap products in thin cardboard packaging in an envelope; With SmartPost and Omniva parcel machines, you can also send packages in plastic bottles in the desired quantity.

- We will return the money to you within 3 working days.
- Our health products can only be returned in unopened and undamaged packaging within 14 days from the day the order arrives.

How to use capsules or tablets for NANOHAP™ mobility?
Dissolve the whole capsule/tablet in your mouth, without water! Usually one in the morning, one in the evening. Allow at least half an hour to work – do not eat or drink immediately after dissolving.
In the NANOHAP™ food supplement, calcium is already initially in the size suitable for the body – in the form of nanocrystals, for which it is no longer necessary to go through additional processes or add catalysts – such as vitamin D, magnesium.
Calcium particles enter the body directly through the cell walls of the mucous membrane of the mouth and pharynx, being absorbed into the blood and moving throughout the body, giving the body a quick opportunity to ensure the necessary constant of Ca2+ ions in the blood.
This is why capsules are used when dosing the NANOHAP™ product, to give the particles the longest contact time with the mucous membrane. When the gelatin capsule dissolves in the mouth, it creates an environment that helps the nanocrystals to attach more stably to the mucous membrane. Tablets that dissolve quickly in the mouth have mannitol as an additive for the same purpose.

The NANOHAP™ product is dosed using capsules that must be dissolved in the mouth and only in saliva to ensure that the particles have the longest contact time with the mucous membrane – without eating or drinking for another half hour.
At this point, the role of the gelatin capsule also manifests itself: when it dissolves in the mouth, it creates an environment that helps the nanocrystals to attach more stably to the mucous membrane.
How to use NANOHAP™ Dental?
Before using NANOHAP™ Dental, the teeth should be brushed and brushed to remove plaque from the enamel surface. Take a whole capsule in your mouth and dissolve it only in saliva, without water (like caramel candy). Move the saliva solution around the mouth so that the nanocrystals released from the dissolved capsule reach the surface of all teeth and also in the spaces between the teeth. The duration of the procedure is approx. 10 minutes at a time. It is recommended to use two capsules a day – one in the morning, one in the evening – suitable to be combined with regular tooth brushing.
The NANOHAP™ Dental package contains 30 white gelatin capsules and is designed for a 15-day treatment course to eliminate especially painful tooth sensitivity. For aesthetic purposes, use as a shed for longer periods of time.
It is recommended to be used every three months for prevention, to strengthen teeth, to reduce the formation of tartar and to maintain the quality of enamel.
